I've even left my house knowing that as long as I remember my iPhone, credit card and keys to my car, I can get or do just about anything. The fact that most people are walking around with a mobile phone, tablet—or now a mobile phone as big as a tablet —means that some things regarding web sites have changed. Last year was the first time in Internet history that more people searched the Internet using a mobile device rather than a desktop computer. A mobile-friendly site simply means that customers can easily view them without having to pinch, expand or scroll all over your screen just to see the content. If your website isn't mobile-friendly yet, you're not alone. Many web sites in the industry are beginning to look pre- historic. In fact, many of the companies I speak with tell the same scary tale: "We've got this guy in our company who has a sister, who knows a guy, who is good with computers—so he did our web site."
