PERFORMANCE S uppliers believe the time is now for shop owners considering the major investment of an in-house dynamometer. No other tool, they say, has the ability to take engine and speed companies to such new heights, offering the ability to track and verify results of performance upgrades, while also providing an entirely new revenue stream via testing services. New machines can handle the new generation of all-wheel drive vehicles, modern engines and unique setups often found in niche racing markets these days.
