76 n Performance & Hotrod Business n May 2015 n Performance Products Fuel Pressure Regulators Fuelab, Collinsville, Illinois, presents its 585xx Series Fuel Pressure Regulators that combine advanced features and increased functionality. The four-outlet port regulators are engineered to deliver extremely high flow rates and a flattened curve for pressure stability. Featuring an anod- ized billet aluminum body, the regulators use an aero- space poppet valve design to provide smooth regulating capability and maximized flow. They operate within a 4- to 10-psi pressure range, and a mechanism with fine thread pitch allows for precise fuel pressure adjustment. Brake Pad Compounds AFCO, Boonville, Indiana, presents its latest Brake Pad Compounds for dirt and asphalt late-models, Modifieds, stock cars, and Sprint cars. Available for F88 calipers, F22 calipers and GM metric calipers, the pads allow the racer to have different compounds for the front, rear, left side and right side of the car, which custom-tunes how the car stops. They have been validated over the years by many top racers including Rick Eckert, Todd Shute, Stormy Scott, Billy Moyer Jr. and others. Diesel Tuners Bully Dog, American Falls, Idaho, presents its GT Custom Tuning release, now available with pre-loaded support for 2015 Dodge Cummins, Chevy Duramax and Ford Power Stroke diesel applications. The 40420 GT Platinum Diesel device can now unlock the true poten- tial of 2015 6.7-liter Cummins (unlock cable required), 6.6-liter Duramax and 6.7-liter Power Stroke pickups. Benefits include switch- on-the-fly power adjustments, download func- tions, tune safety protection (defueling), monitoring via virtual gauges and more. Shaft-Mount Rocker Arms Scorpion Racing Products, Ocala, Florida, presents its Endurance Series Shaft-Mount Rocker Arms, designed to smoothly transfer camshaft motion to the valve by properly positioning the rocker over the valve. The rockers are mounted on a stand rather than on studs so valve train stability, stiffness and geometry are considerably improved. A stable valve train means better perfor- mance and more horsepower potential. Blaster Coil for LS Engines MSD Performance, El Paso, Texas, offers its expanded Blaster Coil offer- ings for late-model applications, now with a new coil for the GM LS engine platform. The coils are based on the OEM form and fit but have been engi- neered with improved materials to improve the efficiency of the coil to promote durability and endurance. The coils bolt onto the factory coil brackets as well as most aftermarket brackets and accept the factory-sealed and locking connector. They are avail- able for many LS-based platforms from LS1 to LS9 and several truck-specific applications. High-Travel Springs QA1, Lakeville, Minnesota, presents its High-Travel Springs that are made in the USA and have increased travel due to the larger distance between the coils. Available in 7-, 9-, 10-, 12- and 14-inch lengths, they are silver powder-coated and ground at both ends for straight, consistent and accu- rate operations. They also have greatly improved fatigue life, and can be com- pressed to coil-bind without affecting spring rate or free height.
