If politeness and courtesy is being shown when customers aren't looking, then they will automatically be shown when customers are looking and being addressed. Such things as foul language, poor grooming, and even unkempt clothing will never help your business... it will only hurt. Your staff is a reflection of how your company really is. If those in contact with customers are dressed and groomed appropriately then your potential for prob- lems will be fewer because of the trust your customers will have, and your sales will be higher because customers love to brag about their vehicle, especially if they just had it UPGRADED.
