10 • A&E SEPTEMBER 2016 Newing-Hall Announces Updated Website Newing-Hall Inc. announces its updated website, boasting a new look and upgraded user-friendly platform. The site went live in March. Newing-Hall's Jeff Mathias tells A&E magazine that with the increase in customers relying on the internet, the company wanted to focus its attention on a new site, which showcases its machine add-ons and accessories. "The new structure of the site allows us to easily show the different jigs, clamps and accessories that can increase the capabilities of our engraving machines," Mathias says, adding that the company has also added a samples page, which allows customers the ability to see items that have been engraved using Newing-Hall machines. Another new feature of the updated site showcases the history of the company, as well as support pages that promote technical help documents and videos. "As always, Newing-Hall wants to have satisfied customers, especially when it comes to after sales support," Mathias adds. "The resources available on our website offer technical help, videos, and even online chat to allow us to do that easily." The upgrade has been well-received among customers, Mathias boasts. "Without even advertising the site was live, within the first week we received at least a dozen emails from current customers who loved the new look and feel of the site."
