Cobourn, who joined the Coastal team in March, serves as the eCommerce man- ager, handling the day-to-day and long- term strategy for growth and optimization of the company's website, he tells A&E maga- zine. Cobourn says he decided to apply for the position after some market research. "I saw the massive amount of opportu- nity and positioning they are in. I knew I could make a difference, so I wanted in," he explains, adding that he has always loved the customization market. " A f t e r m y 1 0 - y e a r search, I've found the right fit. My entrepreneur attitude fits in place with Coastal's culture and future of the company," Cobourn adds. "Great things are in store for us, but even better things are in store for our customers." With a love for all things marketing and design, Spraul joined the Coastal team in May as its marketing and communica- tions manager with a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a master's in mar- keting. "I think the two marry each other well, play on my creative talents, satisfy my love of numbers, and align with the printing industry well," she notes. As marketing and communications manager, Spraul's main focus is to put Coastal products in front of its customers, developing the brand, assisting in product development, communicating with cus- tomers via social media, contributing to the blog, and running events such as trade shows and webinars.
